Project Finance is the funding of long-term infrastructure, industrial projects and public services based on a non-recourse or limited resource financial structure, in which the debt and project capital used to finance the project are reimbursed from the cash flow generated for the project.
DEBT BANKING. Within the Project Finance service, the Fosterfin´s Team offers to the client their funding through Banking Debt in the best available market conditions for the client.
PROJECT BOND. The Project Bond brings an alternative way of debt financing to obtain capital for projects related to infrastructure. Traditionally, transactions have been funding through banks, however, the implementation of the Basel III regulations requires stricter control, which ultimately leads to higher costs and higher capital requirements. These higher costs will be transferred to the project developers and will result in a lower profitability of the project. By accessing to the institutional bond market with Fosterfin, companies can potentially reduce the funding cost of the project.
DEBT FUNDS. Fosterfin makes available to the client funds that invest mostly in fixed income assets, both Public Debt and Corporate Bonds in the short or long term, money market instruments, bonds with variable coupon, and other assets.
INSTITUTIONAL FINANCING. Fosterfin gives access to this financing alternative, which is based on our added value and our extensive experience as funders of public entities.
